To have such remarkable education, to be brought up with so much of her father's affection and end up just chasing money... How come it didn't occur to her she could give more than she wanted to get? To choose men according to how rich they were. And to steal her sister's boyfriend...

Even in the patriarchal society, she could have been kinder and less selfish.

I don't see things as black and white and I certainly don't approve of Aristotle's behavior. It's just that I chose the angle that focuses on Jackie.
