Norwegian administration & education plus Italian dolce vita make the perfect country.

In Serbia (the country of some 6-7 million people) there are 2.200 confirmed cases, 58 dead, 54 recovered. But only 8,000 people have been tested.

Our healthcare has been neglected for decades. There are very strict measures of lockdown. The Balkan spirit is ruining it since there ARE people going around during curfew or standing close to each other. It’s hard to find masks and gloves.

But Serbs have a tumultuous history: we had a civil war, a 3-month bombing experience, etc. This is like the 4th state of emergency in my life. It’s not easy but it will eventually pass.

Take care.
