Thank you for this article, Jill. It’s a fad to talk about writing every day because “that’s the thing real writers do”.

I still don’t dare to call myself a writer. Writers are those people I studied at university, I am somebody who writes — I still don’t see much literary value in it all.

I blogged about writing on Medium because I realized this is what people are interested in. And these ARE my most popular articles, unfortunatelly. Then I realized I wanted something bigger and wrote a children’s book just to try something new. I guess my new articles about parenting and other forms of writing won’t be read much here in future, but I see bigger value in them.
