We always learn a part of the truth in history, so we can never be sure what Che was really like. We got information distilled and our own set of values filters the message further.

As far as communism is concerned, it is a noble idea but it doesn't work in practice. Just like in free-market capitalism, the communist leaders in power act like predators and ruin the whole system. Those below often don't care for the common property unless it's theirs.
